Delete your account and data
Email hello@yetiwerks.io to request deletion. Include your sign-in email and store name. There is currently no self-service account deletion screen.
Company deletion is an owner-only operation. It ends company access, revokes open invitations and queues uploaded media for background cleanup. It does not immediately erase all company or buying records. Contact us for help with your request.
Signing out retains local records and unsent changes. Leaving a store removes your membership; it does not delete that store’s shared data. Uninstalling the Shopify app removes its access token and disables its connection, while BUYZ buying records remain. Read the privacy policy for details.
A little help at market
Can I work without a signal?
Yes. Buying work saves on your iPhone. Reconnect and use Sync now in your account’s sync controls. Check Sync issues for changes or uploads that need attention. Keep the app and its local data until unsent work has synced.
What if two buyers change the same item?
Open Conflicts to compare the version on your iPhone with the saved version. Choose which one to keep. Other records can keep syncing.
Why is a photo waiting to upload?
Its Product needs to sync first. Uploads can wait for a connection or retry after a service delay. Check the photo’s status and Sync issues; failed uploads offer Retry.
Why is my voice note missing text?
Transcription needs speech permission and an iPhone with available on-device English (US) recognition. If recognition is unavailable or fails, the audio stays saved. Check microphone and speech access in iPhone Settings.
How do I join my team?
Open your invitation link on the web and sign in with the invited email address. Choose Join. If the invitation expired or was revoked, ask a store owner or admin for a new one.
Does connecting Shopify send my orders?
The first version installs and connects your store. Sending Written orders to Shopify or CommentSold through AlloCurve is coming soon.
